if you guys are happy to believe that you are here by total chance and that you mean absolutely NOTHING then thats cool. i take it you believe in the big bang???? aka bullcrap... all the matter in the universe for some reason came to a tiny ball and began rotating (that explains the rotation of the planets except the backwards ones) and then exploded for no reason... ya thats real logical...

oh and about the bible... i have the 1611 translation which was the first to english.

God' existance is believed only in the mind's of men. It is our ability to think that gives us faith in god so that he may exist. Without that faith, god would be nothing. Because we have faith,he must exist. Because he exists, we now have the knowledge that he exists. With said knowledge, we lose faith as knowlege soon replaces it. Without faith, there is no god. God hasn't existed for quite a few years. When he made man, he undid himself because he gave man the gift of logic.

People have always used God as an explanation for things they did not understand, such as why the wind blows or why it is that when you stick your pee-pee into a woman, she blows up like a balloon and a small person comes out (Historic examples there). Those things have since been explained through other methods. You are doing the exact same thing. Just because something cannot be explained, it does not prove the existence of a higher power.

Also, If you're still on about the big bang, you need to read into plane or string theory.

By that time, many many things were already edited or completely cut from it. Whole books even.

While I respect others' beliefs, I do not respect those who try to push their beliefs on others.

I'm not getting in another pwning spree, so just view the photo gallery I found (Or maybe you don't want to).

The Big Bang is kinda outdated. I personally believe in String Theory.

So how do you explain UFOs then, Hallsguitar. They exist, so where do they fit it you're religious world?

the big bang theory is NOT outdated and is still used by one of the lead theorist for the string theoris david gross. he said that string theory, once fully understood and realized, would support the big bang!! not get rid of it!!

um string theory doesnt explain the beggining of time just how things work now. its a unified theory of all of eintseins theories. i HAVE read into the string theory and it does IN NO WAY disprove gods existence. god doesnt make things work with magic fairy dust and puppies. he uses LOGICAL systems like strings. i dont think of god as the guy who just does as he pleases without logic.

oh and if you've read revelation you'd understand that ufo's make no difference to the bible. actaully there are several theories on it. if ufo's caused you to be an athiest then as a christian i should presume that what you saw was only a demon taking the form of what would impact you most causing you not to believe.

and im NOT pushing it on people. i am try to defend while attempting to understand where you all are coming from.

I have read Revelation, but that damn thing makes no sense what so ever. You could find a hidden meaning in an egg.

Seriously, demons taking the form of UFOs? No offense to you, but that's the saddest explaination I've heard in a while!
