Just make sure you check your firmware and that it isnt a TA-082 when you get your new one, then get someone to walk you through the downgrading process online, im sure someone will if you ask nicely

Thanks everybody I use to do homebrews for nds but like the psp is harder lol
I waspraying for it oh well now I have to wait 4 hours until I go to the store thanks

I've upgraded twice and downgraded three times and I have never bricked my PSP. DevHook is the best way to go, but I think you're going to need Firmware versions 1.0, 1.5 or 2.71 SEB or SEC.
