The only one that could downgrade a TA 082 below 2.50 was the Softdown option created by 0okm.

But this was then stopped because some idiot hacked into his e-mail account and started sending s**t to people,so he stopped the Softdown.

Dark_Alex has created a Generic Downgrader, but i think if you have a TA 082, you cannot go any further past 2.5, because that was what the factory made the motherbourd, plus they added a bootstrap so it isnt possible to get past 2.50 without having a Brick for a PSP

Like micheal said there was a TA-082 downgrader that would let you downgrade to 1.5 until someone hacked 0okm's g mail account

The only thing you can use is the Reverse DevHook.
But before installing check that it is confirmed for TA-082's.
