This is looking very good, been waiting for a spiff up for quite a while, and now I'm happy with the design.

Generally, the redesign looks great!

Trebuchet 11px is okay for the sidebar lists, but for news item text? That's too tiny. Maybe consider 13px?

Yup it doesn't work properly in Firefox. Otherwise the site looks great though.
