Loud earphones for reasonable price?

Hi, I'm looking for a pair of loud earphones because the iPod's earphones aren't loud enough for me. I guess my price range would be $100-$200 for a good pair. Earphones only, I hate headphones. If anyone can recommend some for me, that would be great. Thanks.:rofl:

Yeah, headphones hook onto my hair and I don't like that.

Unless you have a mohawk or something, headphones are the way to go. There are practically no in-ear phones that will give you both loudness and good range.

I use Sennheiser HD-280 Pro headphones, and love them to death.

Haha my old earphones that i got with a $20 DS starter kit are rather loud :rofl: I wouldn't spend over $30 for some earphones...

Btw mine aren't earbuds, they clip around the ear and sound the same as headphones
