Could you make a windows background for me. I recently flashed custom icons on my psp from a windows theme pack. It would be nice if you could do a nice windows background

Anyway, nice backgrounds (photoshop makes such a bigger difference) and your skill is better

one thing one the horizontal bar, have it going all the way along to where psp logo is, then make a new layer for the vertical one, then make a selcetion around the vertical one (hold ctrl and click on the small icon on layers, then go to the horizontal layer and press delete, hope that helps.....
