As i said I I have never understood 2.71 SE-C

From Which firmware do i need to upgrade?
Also does this work on TA-082 Mobos?
What Can 2.71 SE-C?

Another question...can eloader rund devhook??

right now with a ta-082 mobo you'r only option is to use HEN D and devhook for 2.71. You "cannot" use 2.71sec it has a 1.5 kernel bootstrap that will brick any psp with your mobo ver
