...that's what this is. If you mean you want DS-to-DS communication, it can't be done yet in homebrew, at least not until the ad-hoc protocol is figured out.

I used this program, It is work, I joined in rooms,but I cannot used voice.
I have two DS lite, I want to comunicate with voice.
is It possible?

You should be able to just talk into the mic and have the other people hear you. Make sure you're not overloading the mic or anything.
