Cheers mate, works just fine for me.
Works like a charm - installed on my 1.5 PSP with no problems other than the already mentioned swap of the X and O buttons.
I installed using a clean 1GB card to start with, and have now copied the contents over to my 4GB card and have got DevHook 0.44 (2.71) and DevHook 0.51 (3.01) running side by side. Note: I didn;t need to do anything other than copy the memory stick contents to my PC, and then back to the 4GB memory stick.
Simply pressing 'home' when in 3.01 mode allows you to switch off DevHook 0.51 and return to firmware 1.5, thus allowing you to select DevHook 0.44 (or whatever).
Cheers mate, works just fine for me.
im stuck for starters i need a devhook for 2.71 sec so im pretty much lost can someone help i dont understand this
ive been of the seen for a bit and i understand all of this i have 2.71 2.81 devhook hybrid something will that work? or do i need a spesific devhook i need help my big bro will kill me lol i am currently d/l a anvanced installer for devhook 0.50 for sec then do i do all the things its told me again?
tommydanger thanks dude you save me from flashing thanks again brother.
I didn't flash the flash1 files at first but then after a fresh reboot, it did not seem to work right. slowdown in XMB & could not exit MGS: PO using HOME button.
So I installed the flash1 files and things seem to be better. now. Not sure if that helped or if it was just something else but I'm loving it!
no it doesnt we will have to wait for tommydanger to do it.
but I got 3.02 workin.
all I did was
1.install 3.01 with tommydangers .51 auto installer
2.decrypt 3.02 data.psar
3.delete F0 folder(dont touch F1)in dh/301 and replace with F0 from 302 that u have encrypted
remember to copy pspbtnf_game_dh and other 3 files in dh/301/F0/kd from dh0510000.rar
never delete F1 in 301 folder or u will get blue screen of death if u enter system control
launch devhook 301 like usual but this time its 302
In my PSP system menu (while emulating 3.01) it states that my name is "Devhook Firmare Installer" rather than my usual name.
Is there any way to get it to show my proper name. Does this also mean that my MAC address is wrong?
Word of warning. This is PSP-Specific. I copied my files to my cousins MS and it won't load up on his PSP. But when I put his MS into my PSP it works perfectly.
