I tried Progear and it's no where near full speed. This is the only game I tried, Raster effects off, even with fps down to -2 and 333mhz, still could not get full speed. Hope this game is the exception

no CPS2 roms are for the CPS2 emulator

CPS1 roms are for the CPS1 emulatow

Neo Geo roms are for the MVS(Neo Geo) emulator.

All the roms are MAME roms however.

lumisi, progear runs at 100% for me... in fact even with raster effects on it barely ever drops below 95! You did unzip the cache and everything right?
