Internet over USB?

Is it possible to get an internet connection running to my psp over the usb cable? Is there a homebrew that would allow me to do this? As i do not have a wireless network in my home. I only have a dongle for accesing networks, that any use?

get broadband with a wireless router then, cause you can get internet on your psp all around your home (and upto 20 metres outside)

If so, and your internet connection on the pc is not via that wifi connection (you have a modem connected to your pc via network cable or directly), you can use it to share the pc's internet connection with the psp without the need for a wireless router.
