need help loading exploit

i need to load the splinter cell exploit onto a usb stick to mod my xbox1. i can send the stick to anyone who would like to help, and has ftp acess to their box along with a usb adapter. i can load the stick with software in exchange. post if youre interested, email me at [email protected] for software details. thanks!

c'mon ppl, this is a good deal here. i send you a usb stick, loaded with the exploit save, and whatever software you want. all you do is FTP the save to your xbox, and copy it back onto the usb stick. then you slap on a label i send with my address, affix a stamp, and drop it in the mail. i might even send a miniDVD loaded with stuff as payment. i would love to get this done so i can have SNES and NeoGeo emulators running. post or email me!
