Microsoft has announced the first details of the Halo 3 European Beta. The only way (for now) to sign up for beta tester for Halo 3 multiplayer is via wining a contest on one of the official Xbox Community Network Fansites. Each of the fan sites, listed below, has a number of Beta spaces to give away. Only a few have started their contest, but the rest should follow soon.


Please note you must have;

* An Xbox 360 Pro console (includes hard-drive)
* A valid Xbox Live Gold subscription
* A valid Microsoft. NET Passport account with a Xbox Live gamertag linked
