PSP - paint shop pro

So i'm thinking of making some backgrounds for psp and i can't seem to find how to draw those diagonal lines

i'm pretty sure its an affect but I've look through them and i can't seem to find the write one

Well i use photoshop and that image looks like it was done in photoshop.
and the way I do it is:

Make a image 5x5 then draw a diagonal line accross it with the pencil
then save it as a pattern
then use the pattern stamp or fill pattern tool
and set the opacity etc etc.

dunno if thats the same for PSP.

Here i have them made for PSP. all you have to do is open the brushes folder press file location and then press add. Also depending on the with you have to make those settings when you are using it.
