Try going to advanced mode....
In any case, you may want to provide more info about what you do with the program... overwise, it is very hard to guess what went wrong...

Problem with Map Downloader
This is probably so simple to fix i'll kick myself when someone tells me the problem but:
Whenever i download a map it just graps a small section at th incorrect zoom to what im seeing in the browse section

It does the same thing for everyone I think, Its not really the exact zoom pic that you see in the preview.
You just have to readjust to make it zoom right.
