Does anyone know about any safe avi players for psp?

I didn't think that they would be something to potentially brick, but the two that I had found both contained warnings. One said it could potentially brick your psp and the other said use at your own risk...

I realize that I can convert them.. but it takes my slow computer a very long time and, it probably loses quality.
