PS2 Memory Card Independence Exploit

ok i followed this tutorial on how to do the memory card independence exploit:

but when i try to transfer the exploit to the memory card using AR Max, it says "BADATA-SYSTEM already exists" and it won't overwrite it. i know people do this with AR Max all the time so please help me with this.

I also tried installing it with a boot disk thing:

i guess that ISO won't work with HD Advance because i tried and failed.
so does anyone know how to make one of those slide cards with a credit card easily?

BADATA-SYSTEM is better known as 'Your System Configuration'. It needs to be deleted from your memory card before you can implant the exploit.
