Massive problem

My dreamcast has suddenly decided to stop turning on.
When I was playing it it shut down , then turned on but wouldn't read discs, then when i tried to reboot it it wouldn't turn on? What things could this be? I have tried cleaning the areas suggested in the random resets tute and checked all the wires are in place {i think}. thanks

the engine is dieing.u need to switch out the power portion to see what that does and if to no avail try changing disk readers.
