Some games actually work worse with the good BIOS dump, like Minish Cap (wont let you roll). Golden Sun glitches out on me at the beginning when I get to the guy who tries to drag along the chest filled with all his stuff, maybe if I tried with the bad BIOS it might work better.

well all my games work and i have the right bios file so odn;t know why yours is acting funny. Also go chekc the gpsp comptabiliy forum for .9. I added ways to get 2 games to run at 100%. (mario tennis, and medal of honor infiltrator). whats wrong with golden sun guys? haven;t played it on my psp since i beast them 5 times on my psp. Is it crashing, reseting mid game, very laggish?

I have the correct bios and Minish Cap works fine including the roll. If you take a look at the change log for gpSP 0.9 you will notice where Exophase mentions Minish Cap fixes.

    # Completely redid memory handlers, accurately emulates open and
BIOS reads now. Fixes Zelda: Minish Cap (roll bug, last dungeon),
Rayman, MMBN 1 (last dungeon), probably others.

How do I get cheats to work?
I'm trying to get gameshark v1 to run the codes for pokemon fire red

this is the file name for the rom
    1636 - Pokemon - Fire Red Version.gba
and this is the text file I made for the cheat
    1636 - Pokemon - Fire Red Version.gba.cht

Did I do something wrong? Do I have to put something else in there? If its all correct then why isn't it showing on the cheat screen?
