i dont have the latest toolchain and SDK either, i just used the PSP toolchain i have

what do you do with this eboot exactly? I've tried running it and it gave me a game cannot be started error, I tried overwritting my older cps1psp's eboot and it gave me a game cannot be started error, what am I doing wrong?
