i believe that the psar dumper can only be used on 1.50 kernal, after all, porting the psar dumper was/is on dark_alex's to-do list(said in the reverse devhook readme i think)

if you go here, about 1/3 of the way down the page, 0okm gives instructions on how to get 1.50 and 2.8X on a 2.71 using HenD (of course you can ignore the 2.8X part if you only want 1.50)
