Last I checked, I think DCEMU's Xbox page has tutorials on how to soft-mod your Xbox. ^_^

Personally, I'm quite happy with my modded box. The emulators work great, the games play well, and it's a nice controller to boot.

Don't buy a chip. There are so many things you can do to fùck up your xbox with it. Find a softmod tutorial at www.xbox-scene.com.
