hi.. is there a FW 2.80 downgrader??

or can you help me, get a PSP with FW 2.80, go to 1.50 ??

AFAIK, There are no FW 2.80 Downgraders.

Most likely be a FW 3.00 Downgrader soon.

why is 3.00 before the 2.80??

It would be better for a 3.00 downgrader since 2.80 users could upgrade and just downgrade, so its better for everyone
