My Theory

I dont know if this is the right place to post it but I couldnt find anywhere better.

So earlier today I was sitting at my Pc after my resent disappointment of finding out that I couldn't emulate a bunch of my favorite snes games and no n64 games on my Ds. And I was thinking about Nintendo's next hand held and more importantly when it would come out. So I went to Wikipedia and some other sites and gathered some info on the release dates of all Nintendo handhelds, and after that I came out with this:

GB: April 21, 1989
PIT GB: 1995
GBP: 1996
GBC: 1998
GBA: June 11, 2001
SP: March, 2003
NDS: November, 2004
GBM: 2005-2006
NDSL: June 11, 2006

So I know its not exact, but I think I have enough info here.

So first I am going to try to figure out the year of release. I tried for almost an hour looking for a pattern. I then started to chop out the info I didn't think I needed to find the year. Then I came out with this:

GBC: 1998
GBA: June 11, 2001
NDS: 2004

So now looking at it makes more sense, these are the main system releases. (Not upgrade Ds lite, Gba Sp, etc.)You can see they have been releasing a system every three years since the GBC. So this process will give us the year of release, 2007 (a.k.a. next year).

Now we need our full info table again:

Game boy: April 21, 1989
PIT Game boy: 1995
GBP: 1996
GBC: 1998
GBA: June 11, 2001
SP: March, 2003
NDS: November, 2004
GBM: 2005-2006
NDSL: June 11, 2006

Now I am going to find out the month and date, so by looking at the chart you can see 2/9 of the systems I know of have been released on the 11 of June. So for now that is my date theory.

So hope you enjoyed "My Theory" on when the next Nintendo hand held will be released. So to put this whole thing into 12 words! * I think the next Nintendo handheld will be released on June 11, 2007!*

Update: I have predicted the name and i think it will be the Nintendo Pii or Portable Wii
