i still don't understand what the dumper does. How does it change the psp?
And? It isn't anything more than what 0okm has already been able to do.... Plus, deviantpsp is just pimping for members. I quote from someone on there:
"If we get enough members we go fully public with src"
Retards.

Yes it can lead to a downgrader but you will only be able to downgrade to 2.5 , 2.6 or 2.71 something like dax generic downgrader due to 2.71 kernel access
Its good news to 2.8 user(sry to 2.81+) if there is a downgrader for 2.80 ta-82 it aint end of the world theres always henD on 2.71 or dark alex might port it to 2.8 guys so u still can play homebrews/emulators through devhook emulating 1.5
about custom firmware DAX has said its possible to code one for TA-82 but Its risky imagine if some noob enter recovery mode and tried recovery to 1.5 u will get a brick.
Question:
Answer:
Not as of now.
They CAN be downgrader but only to 2.5+
The Bootstrap of 2.5 or higher needs to be hacked to be able to do that. Or find a noob friendly way to downgrade to 1.5 (0okm stated his softdowned PSP's were able to upgrade to custom firmware, most likely since once downgraded they 1.5 part remains there on those firms)
Ah i see now thanks allot tuta i can finaly enjoy this new discovery YIIIPPPPIIIIEEEEEE! can't wait to downgrade or should i? hmm realy know point unless i can run devhook which i still wont be able to so meh......
Well if thers a downgrader downgrade ur psp to 2.71 then u can emulate 1.5 firmware
it depends on hu is faster 0okm or DAX so its either downgrader or henD for 2.8 but if I were u I definitely will downgrade to 2.71 and enjoy homebrew first even if henD is ported it will take sometime to perfect it so basically 2.71 firmware is the ultimate firmware for TA-82 mobo for now.
But you will never know previously everyone was hot on 2.6 and GTA-LCS exploit now its 2.71 henD just wait and see how it advances not much point in guessing![]()
