xGSLoader????

Ya guys just thought id fianly give this xgsloader thing a whirl but i got 2 problems:

1-When i click start on the psp to start it from the photo xmb menu its says it cannot be started(the slideshow error)

2-how do i get gameshear or w/e the frig the things are called to play it?

ps can some one describe in basic english what this is and how to use it?

1. The cannot show slideshow is supposed to come up when it does go to the games via the XMB and select what you want to play.
2. Gameshare demos if there ripped are illegal but the list of UMD Games that contain a gameshare demo is here
3.I don't know how to install Gameshare Demos
