What happens if your firmware came as a 2.5 already? Mine was a 2.5 brand new!!! And I can play homebrew on 2.8, since I updated. Does that mean a 2.5 can't be downgraded to a 1.5? If thats the case then, does that mean no illegal piracy for me?

I'm starting to believe that those people that bricked were just too stupid to read the instructions, especially the parts about IF YOU DON'T DO THAT IT *WILL* BRICK YOUR PSP. Like the need for the IPL file.

Strong evidence: the easy downgrader pack works for most people because it's verified to have all files included in place.

does it matter what type of psp you have? or do you need to have a TA-082

If everyone who used the Easy Downgrader is having succsessful downgrades I'm definatly downgrading

Edit: You have to have a non TA082 So TA-079 to TA-081 Only
