    i press R on start up and nothing i have the recovery folder in ms\psp\game\

    you need to do a hard reset on the PSP

    i did i took out the battery and it still did not work

    i just tried once more and still when i press R on start up nothing happens it just goes to the xmb

    Try switching it on then wait about 7 secs then push R

    it worked thank you so much you have been a lot of help tried the recovery on my wifes psp but nothing to all that helped me thank you have a merry x-mas splodger and waggster and all of you that help us noobs so many would be lost with out you and people like you
