i mean yeah you can just toggle the flash0 usb and get the opening_plugin.prx from there but that's not decrypted, is it?

yes it works on 3.03 OE-C, it even works on 3.10 OE-A and 3.10 OE-A2..tested and confirmed working by me!

I just dumped the 3.02 Firmware and then got the decrypted opening_plugin.prx from it and then used this program to flash it on 3.10 OE. Works like a charm!

Ive used this on every custom firmware that Ive tried so far, and I just tried it on 3.40 OE A and it bricked, so I'm working on recovery now I'll give it another go later.
