I believe the PSP's POP emulator supports plugins as mentioned even in the readme.txt. I'm working at getting a PSP and will be seeing if I can update the GPU using psx4all's very compatible softgpu written by Unai. He even got Tony Hawk Pro Skater's polygon bug fixed and did an amazing job. If I can get the GPU plugin file from POP compatible with psx4all's softgpu, compatibility could be higher and things should look better/correct where they currently aren't in POP.

@jman420: You need a custom firmware (3.02 OE-B) to run these games and not on a real 3.02 firmware.

@Silmido: You're out of luck because you have a TA-082 and at this time, there's no way to run 3.02OE on that board. If you do run this firmware update, there a chance that your PSP will brick.

@MacSurf: What were you trying to do? Go to recovery menu or downgrade the PSP?

Cool to see you joining the project

But I thought, the emulator is complete sony stuff and this POP is just that thing wich removes the drm or whatever restrictions.

This makes me think even more about whether I should buy a Wii or a PSP with 1.5 firmware to put this on...the PSX had some awesome games...
