Ok, to avoid having to open the command prompt every time, I created a nice little batch file for popstation. Here's how to do it (very simple):

1. Open notepad, write this text (you can also put pic1.png and icon0.png there if you want):
popstation.exe image.iso
2. Save the file as "pops.bat" (WITH quotes) to the folder where your popstation.exe is
3. Get cygwin1.dll, the hot shots golf EBOOT and rename it to base.pbp, and the Hot Shots Golf keys.bin
4. Put your PSX ISO to the folder and rename it to image.iso
5. Doubleclick pops.bat and wait a while and your EBOOT is generated

i still get the same problem =(... it says: invalid number of arguements.

I put the update in GAME but when i start it, it says the game could not be started (8002014C). I have 3.02 OE-A. In the readme, it says something about PSP/GAME150. I dont have a GAME150 folder. Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

hey got it working.i renamed my psx iso with IMAGE and just run a command popstation image.iso. lets play raiden dx,next is einhander,then perhaps fft

I converted my original Soul Blade CD and this is what found

Editing the ICON0.PNG, PIC0.PNG, PIC1.PNG worked without problems.

I do have a question:
What is the transparent color used in? PIC0.PNG
I keep getting a solid white.

The into video looks great
The intro video sound is poor.
There is a high pitched whine in the background.
Anyone have any ideas?

In game graphics look great.
However, the game does not run at full speed.
Although it plays very smooth there is a noticeable slow down.
The in game sound is fine.
