Hello, try it converting your pal to nstc, it work for me, i tried FF9 PAL, with NTSC selector

Threw together a frontend for the converter in about 15 minutes (hate command line apps).

Simple, no readme, includes the popstation app/cygwin dll (keep them in the "hook" folder).

Requires .NET Framework 2.0.
