Final fantasy VII NTSC CD 1 works just fine, but i wonder, due to fact that the game has 3 cds and you have to put them all on diferent folders like if they were diferents games, will the savefile of the first cd work with cd 2?
or maybe the emu will see them as diferent savefiles for diferents games?

Ok, tried it with no luck. Tried 2 games. THPS2 and Tomba 2, both usa versions. Used this FE and it just flashes the black screen for half a second then nothing.

I have that frame work thing installed.

    Any advice?

Use CDRWIN to backup the game to the .bin and .cue files

Mine are .img files. Would that make a difference?

The FE still picks them up when I browse for them, just tried 5 more with same results

to the people above... read the god damn readme. it clearly states that *.iso is the preferred file to convert. yes it makes a difference.

somthing of interest from the popstation readme

Q: My game generated is a lot higher in size than the same one from ps3store...
A: They use compression. Because the algorithm of compression is not still reversed, compressed
    isos are not supported yet.
In other words sony's compression method could eventually be used for other emulators. just a thought from someone who actually reads the god damned readmes.. you know they put them there for a reason.

Somewhere in the first or second page, someone said that you can't brick the PSP... But on the first post it says that there's a possibility that you can...... O.O I'm so F%^ing scared of bricking my PSP... ... ...
