Ok SO Whats the Best Firmware for Homebrew and Emulation Now ?

i am currently running 3.02 OE-B and it is awesome, but 1.5 (with devhook) has more capabilities like PSPTheme and stuff. But oh well OE-B is the best

well, i would say 3.02-oeB because it is 1.5 (horray homebrew) but it also has nice new features, ps1, web browser, newest games. it is the best of both worlds. and it is pretty available to mod (custom gameboots etc.).

i honestly cannot see why anyone would want 1.50 over 3.02OE-b. 1.50 is for people with a ta-82 only. 3.02oe is superior to every other firmware in every way, just the things that come to mind: psx emu, web browser, plays all games without devhook. 1.50 has nothing over 3.02oe. 3.02OE-B IS THE BEST(so far)

I have been away from the psp scene for a while, and i was wondering is the new 3.02OE-? safe to upgrade to? also in 3.02OE-? can i launch homebrew the same way i do in 1.5 or do i have to load a special loader like the eloader has been?
The main reason i am wondering is because i just got GTAVCS for christmas, and i hate having to have the iso on my psp, just so the game will run, so my main question is will 3.02OE-? run GTAVCS?

I have been a 1.5 PSP owner since damn near day 1 of the homebrew scene. And I have always stayed away from custom firmware.

dont want to update to 3.02 OE, who knows when updates may stop...plus i dont want to brick my psp lol
