I've not played anything extensively, but Warhawk, Die Hard Trilogy, and the first (I think) Playstation Underground demo disc play great. Return Fire played for a little while and froze (had to do a hard reset).
All were NTSC.
Jumping Flash! wouldn't load, but unlike the others, was a "found" bin&cue converted with Magic Iso. The others were converted by the same tool but were original CDs.

Also:
Tomb Raider (NTSC) froze after selecting game or Lara's home from the menu, though I believe someone else had better luck with this game.
Time Crisis (NTSC) works great
Kileak: The DNA Imperative (NTSC) also great

- Rockman X4 (NTSC-J) - no problems so far, beat a couple of stages

- Strider Hiruy 2 (NTSC-J) - also no problems so far, played for 2 hours

- Medievil 1 (NTSC-U) - game works fine, seems you need to change the button layout on the map to change the selected level
