Default Need info on 3.02 OE-B

What is up with this firmware? I guess I was at home sick when the teacher went over this one. Seriously, I only saw this today, and noticed that you can play PSX games on the Official Sony emu for 3.00 and up. Is it a full upgrade or emulation? If upgrade, does it still do everything I can do on 1.5? Is it better than 1.5? I'm freaking out right now thinking about playing Gran Turismo and Chrono Chross on my PSP. More info would be great.

    3.02OE B is the future of custom firmware.Much better than a 1.5

Is someone going to make a guide for this? I am pretty good about getting stuff to work on my PSP, but custom firmware makes me just a little wary.

There is no need for a guide. There is an installer for both 3.02OE-A and OE-B.

This is the installer for 3.02OE-A. You must run this first.

This is the installer for 3.02OE-B. This needs 3.02OE-A installed already

I know you guys say it is better than 1.5, but if for some reason I don't like it, is it possible to downgrade back to 1.5? That might seem stupid to you guys, but I have developed a "comfort zone" with my 1.5 that I don't know if I want to give up yet. Also, is it listed somewhere what the differences are? I don't want to give up any functionality of 1.5 just to be able to play PSX games on the Sony Emu. I hate to keep asking stupid questions, but I am really interested in this new firmware, but want to make sure it is exactly what I need before I update. And thank you guys for the help, it is much appreciated.

Also, is it possible to upgrade any PSP with 3.02 OE-B? My friend just got a new 2.81 for X-mas. Is this FW motherboard specific?

No you need a 1.5 or a 2.71SE-C PSP to update to it
