exsuse me but where can i download this "pop station" and is it a PS1 emulator?

AND where can i get ps1 roms? like tell me what to google because ive googled "ps1 isos" and "ps1 roms" and only got fake vote sites.

LOADED (NTSC) - Works but no music

I made my image from the original large box game not the greatest hits. played the entire first level and was even able to save my game.

Dino crisis freezed when equiping shotgun and hitting R1 to aim before, but with the new 1.3 converter, it works fine.

Where is this converter? Mine is freezing too.
