How do you get CONSTRUCTION MODE to work? I know how to switch to it on the cheat device, but I don't know how to actually use it. Please can somebody help?

how can i run this on 3.80 m33 with 1.50 addon? and what is devhook? jeez, im such a noob... thanks for any help ^_^
