    Arrow [Tutorial] How to make Scanlines

    I have made a small tutorial for photoshop on how to put scanlines in sigs etc.

    i updated it, its still a bit small (it was my photobucket settings) but i will make a new one.

    You should of done it 3x3, Most proffesionals use that size + it gives better results in white.
