    Default Wiimote speaker

Apologies if this has been covered before, however has anyone else had an issue with their speaker on the remote?

Sometimes its ok, but most of the time it comes out tinny and distorted - I have 2 wiimotes and seem to have the same behaviour - and its starting to tick me off

Is this the same for everyone? Please let me know

go to ign and search for their dissection of he Wii remote...have a look at the speaker, and think how good it could be... i'll give you a hint, its about as big as a penny, and made of plastic...

can be too hard to replace though...just depends on the space inside, and how much you want to mod the remote...of course it would be helpful top know the quality of the sound samples which use the speaker, otherwise there may be no point in fitting a better one
