Updated Box Letter Firmware Guide?

Do any of you know where I can find one? With the new downgraders out for 2.80 and for TA-082 motherboards, I figure the options are a little more open for what can be bought from the store. I think the latest I could find was a November 15th guide that included only up to a 2.71 TA-082 I think. I can't really remember. Sorry for asking such a repetative question, I just want the newest info. I checked the stickies and searched and couldn't find anything up to date.
