AT3/PMF/PMPAVC Players and PSP VNC ports for 3.02OEB

Sorry but does anyone know how i can make the vnc into a useable eboot for 3.02oeb, i read the read me but i dont think i have the proper tools installed nor know where to find to run/compile "+ To compile for fw 2.71, type "make -f Makefile.dev clean; make -f Makefile.dev"
+ To compile for fw 1.5, type "make clean; make"

After scouring the net to find a precompiled version, trying to compile it on Linux and a bunch of other effort, I noticed that there is actually an eboot.pbp file in the zip... (insert feeling stupid smiley here)

Just take the eboot.pbp file found in the src directory, create a VNC (or anything I imagine) directory in the GAME directory, and place it there. That should work...

Edit: You also need to create a "hosts" directory under the VNC directory.
