Well, Theres PS1P.PSXP and Popstation.

PS1P - 1.5/2.71 SE/3.02 0E-B(I think)
PSXP - 1.5/2.71 SE/3.02 OE-B(I think)
Popstation(FullSpeed) - 3.02 OE-B Only.

How do I put it on my PSP,and do I have to upgrade to 3.02? and what is OE-B?

Basically prior to the release of popstation by Dark_Alex, The playstation emu's were great but not fast. On Firmware 2.81 though there is sadly neither a downgrader nor an eloader ( yet) so there is no way as of now for you to use popstation or any other emulator

Sorry man, just keep at your firmware and wait for some good news.
