It depends on what type of comression is being used, I believe the inbuilt compression that sony use for popstation is "RLZ", but we will have to wait and see when the new CFW is released later tonight/ tommorrow.

Kinda off-topic & pardon my ignorance guys but, can Popstation play games through Wi-fi Adhoc against another PSP? ...It's just that I have yet to try this.
