Default Setting up 1.50 Recovery Module on 3.02 OE-B

I am currently running 3.02 OE-B, and I want to set up the 1.50 recovery eboot on my memory stick, just in case... Can someone please outline the procedure for doing this? Which folders to create, which files to download, and where to put those files. Also, any info on the actual use of the recovery module (how-to) would be great as well.

    Thanks!

On your memory stick, go to X:\PSP\GAME (where x is the drive letter of the memory stick) and make another called RECOVERY. Then copy the recovery program and its components in there.

Obtain the official 1.50 firmware update and rename it to 150.PBP. Copy this to the X:\PSP\GAME\RECOVERY folder.

Thanks for the info! Do you have a direct link to the recovery program? I want to make sure that I get the right one.

    Thanks again.

    -=EDIT=-

Jeez, I am slow tonight. I just realized that the recovery program is included in the 302OE.rar file. So I place the recovery folder in X:\PSP\GAME\ , and then I have the following files in there, right?

    decryptprx.prx
    eboot.pbp
    extprxs.pbp
    libpsardumper.prx
    Official 1.50 firmware update file

Are there any other files to place in there, or is that all there is to it?

Another question: does anyone here us the 32MB MS Pro Duo as a "recovery-only" memory stick, meaning that you have your recovery stuff and 1.50 eboot on the 32 meg stick? I was thinking this might be a good idea... What do you think?

Sorry for the double-post, but I just read in a different thread that the 1.50 eboot should be renamed to "update.pbp". Which method is correct?

Oh dear, I must have mixed that up with the installation of the custom firmware. Yes, you need to rename the official 1.50 firmware update eboot to UPDATE.PBP.

As for the 32MB memory stick thing, it's a great idea to use that as a recovery stick in case things go wrong. I do that and it's there when I need it.

I'm not sure which one to use as I don't have a TA-082 PSP on to test it out.

    Excellent, thank you very much!

So just as a final wrap-up, would this be the correct directory structure?

    X:\PSP\GAME\RECOVERY\decryptprx.prx
    X:\PSP\GAME\RECOVERY\eboot.pbp
    X:\PSP\GAME\RECOVERY\extprxs.pbp
    X:\PSP\GAME\RECOVERY\libpsardumper.prx
X:\PSP\GAME\RECOVERY\UPDATE.PBP (Official 1.50 firmware update file)

Am I missing anything in there?
