DCEmu Sig of the Month competition.

Some of you will of heard of the DCEmu sig of the month competition.
Some of you may not,

Well its a competition in the Art/Design section of the forums, some of you may not check down that low but there is alot of activity there.

the first comp was okay, the second was good, and i expect the 3rd to be better.

Reason of this thread is to announce the winner of sotm#2 and to advertise the comp.
