um, there should be a place in the menu that says run program at recovery/update i think. and the update should be the 1.50 eboot, so i guess u can click that to recover to 1.50 but..... i prolly dont know what i am talking about.. i have never recovered before.. sorry but u have to wait until some1 else replys

When the recovery mode pops up. Goto the top and enable USB. connect your usb to your psp. now, download the 1.5 update and put it in x:/psp/game/recovery but label it as update. Now, that should put you back on 1.5. Now try the 3.03 oe-a update again.

No, it should be X:/PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/UPDATE.PBP with UPDATE.PBP as the renamed firmware 1.5 eboot. Do not overwrite the EBOOT.PBP file in the RECOVERY folder as this is needed to run the downgrader.

I freaked one time when I sent a bad opening_plugin.rco to flash0 and when I turn my machine on it froze before it came to the bootsound. But the recovery mode has saved me and has done so many times now.

Use the Brick Fixer on KlmSoftware.net

It will restore your PSP to 3.02 OE-A.

This will only work if you can still access the RECOVERY console
