People like this need newbies. They would not make money otherwise. If people do the slightest bit of research they would find all this stuff for free in a matter of minutes.

everyone knows ebay doesn't care what gets sold on their site. If a sale is made, they make money. It is in their interest to let stuff like this slide.

the sooner people realise ebay don't give a $#@!, the better. I think their motto is 'it's only a crime if you get caught'

anyway, enough of my anti-ebay rant...
