Can't upgrade to 3.03 OE-A

Hi all,

I tried upgrading today from 3.02 OE-B to 3.03 OE-A with no luck at all.

I have bricked my PSP THREE times trying to upgrade to it but with no luck.

First time I made the DATA.DXAR..flashed it to the PSP, it said re-start your PSP manually. I did it and I bricked my PSP.

Next I tried someone else's DATA.DXAR file and same thing.

Finally I tried the easy installer...but still the same thing.

I don't know what's up..when I installed 3.02 OE-B, I had it done in 10 minutes..but this doesn't even seem to work for me.

Luckily I recovered my PSP from all the bricks. My PSP is still fully working.

Can anyone help me? I really want 3.03 OE-A

Have you tried downgrading to 1.5 then back up

Make sure, you dont have autorun eboot thingy from recovery i had that enabled and i thought i bricked but i was fine lol

Yeah, I still get the brick, but I can come back to 1.50 though.

OMG! I just remembered! I had the Cintro Mod from kando on 3.02 OE-B, but i formatted my MS, so all the files have gone off (the backups) and so it's trying to load that Cintro Mod. I'll have to disable the autorun eboot so it'll work! Thanks a lot vision. I'm going to try this out now! I'll get back and let you know if it's worked or not.
