PAD plugin for PS1/2/Dreamcast emulators has been updated. Changes:
- Some GUI changes, moving general settings out of tabs.
- Disabled DualShock's scroll lock LED with MultiTap
- Changed analog keys (1to4) from X360 port# to Controller#
